ESIncredible place with amazing staff. The best place in the area to stop the time. Pool, surfing waves and an atmosphere that even the locals come to enjoy. Very clean swimming pool, nice sunsets and great to expend time with the family.
I can’t say nothing negative, the staff is always ready to help you. If we can say something negative would be that the rooms are so big that is hard to spot the mosquitos if they come, so the sleeping can get tricky with them.
AUBeautiful location with nicely appointed rooms. Filtered tap water in the room was a surprise. Nice pool area to relax.

CLLa comida del restaurante es muy buena en general, el hotel está frente a la playa y tiene una piscina muy bonita, ideal para relajarse. El personal es agradable con buena disposición.
Sería muy útil contar con un espacio de coworking dentro del hotel. Actualmente no hay zonas adecuadas para trabajar ni conexión a internet en las habitaciones, lo que dificulta el trabajo remoto. Un área cómoda, con buena iluminación y wifi rápido, mejoraría mucho la experiencia de los huéspedes.

AUThe staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I was there for SCUBA diving, Emma the Dive Instructor was incredibly knowledgeable of diving safety and local conditions, which is important because the waters there can be quite tricky. Afri at reception was incredibly helpful and polite, as was Upik. The rooms are very modern, spacious and quite chic. The food was delicious, I ate every meal there. The pool is large and includes a deep section for diving training. The best bit, the views and the peace and solitude. Please stay away if you are into Canggu style holiday, if you are a Bali bogan, this is not for you.
The only negative was the style of communication from Colleen and how she stopped answering questions once I had paid fir the accommodation, luckily she was not at the resort when I got there.
