Nada todo sucio las camas rotas, cortinas rasgadas la verdad parecía el juego del miedo el piso

Horrible l atención y el sitio la verdad asqueroso, no se como se atreven a dejar un lugar así cuando uno llega de otro País, la verdad q lamentable, encima tuve q gastar dinero extra en buscar otro alojamiento la verdad vergüenza debería darle a esta empresa

Check in pre arrival. Accessed at 12.30 instead og 15.30. Size of Property. Location... close to Aldi Supermarket & good Transport links. Only a 15 min walk to The Strip. 20 mins to Oura Beach & 1 hour into Albufeira centre. Balcony off lounge....south facing great suntrap. Bathrooms...great shower with ample hot water. Kitchen Facilities. Washing Machine & Dishwasher Storage in bedrooms TV & wifi were excellent. Gardens well maintaied and pretty. Security of building.

Pool not open as advertised...it had not been cleaned for months. Beds were hard & bedding too thin for February weather. Sofas stained and sagging. Both were too low. Crockery & Glasses insufficient for 6 person capacity. All oddments. Nothing natched & only 3 wine glasses. Kettle leaked. No hot water in the kitchen. Had to fetch from bathroom in a pan or use hob to boil water Balcony furniture was broken & stained. Walls needed painting....especially in kitchen. Key collection unnecessarily complicated Sent 5 videos on arrival. 1st video showed a women getting bunch of keys out of mail box. But there was nothing there. Made contact & received rude Whats App message suggesting I was incapable of watching a video! That message then indicated the 4th video showed a keysafe.... 10 metres away from Entrance Door 2. Why not just send that video?? No flexibilty on departure time. Only asked for an extra 20 minutes!

The apartment exceeded my expectations the photos don’t do it justice. The complex was so clean inside and outside. It was perfect for the nightlife on the strip shout walk but far enough away from the noise. Only a short walk to supermarket and lovely restaurants.

I couldn’t fault anything. Only thing might be an issue is during peak season amount of sunbeds could be an issue.
