Good location and have nice pool however the bed isn't that clean I guess because I have a lot of bites from bed bugs.My body is sooo itchy until now' it's been 5days since it started.🥺🥺🥺

There is no good reason to be rude and unpolite. It rained inside the room for two nights in a row and the staff brought towels to dry the floor but it was dripping all night long which meant i had to fall asleep with the constant dripping. That's ok, it can happen, I understand we are in Indonesia, this is not the reason for the bad review: when I was leaving I had bought a beer on the first day (1euro) and I politely made half a joke half a suggestion of the fact that it rained inside all the time and if they would offer the beer as a 'discount' for the discomfort. The woman started literally shouting at me. I am sorry but there was absolutely no reason to be rude and unpolite. As I said many times it was half a joke and I had no problem in paying for it (which I did). She could have said 'I am sorry I cannot offer you the beer' and it would have been totally fine. I am sorry but shouting is just never justified. therefore I would NOT recommend this place, there as other as nice in the area, I am sorry.

Super friendly staff, cute bungalows and good facilities

Staying in the lower room, I could hear my upstairs neighbors walk around and talk pretty well. There is also a venue nearby that caused noise until quite late on some nights

I liked the cabin style houses and that it's a quite peaceful place.

The A/C wasn't quite cooling down the room. Maybe because of many holes in the walls...

Leaving the villa is what I liked the most

The place was disgusting, it smelt so bad, mold everywhere, towels were filthy, toilet.. shower bugs all through the bed, iv been to Bali 5 times and never had a problem with any hotel or villa but this was just next level disgusting. Tooth paste all over the walls and sink.

Affordable villa

The location is very remote. It's hard for cars to go in and out. Room is too dark, sink was clogged.

I reached the place and I had to spoke over with the management regarding for one extra additional night ! As I arrived earlier! Everything was fine with the friendly staff over there in the reception besides of the manager lady that I spoke over the phone once I was explain her that I wanted to take an additional night ! Which was available on booking website as well! She started screaming on the phone saying that why I was speaking loud to her. That doesn’t make any sense at all! I was even trying to explain her that English are not our first language and for me for being Brazilian we usually have already a loud voice.!!! Which is completely understandable but her behavior shouting out of nowhere saying that I won’t rent my room for which I already paid !!!! Omg such a worst customer service I ever had !!! And I work as a cabin crew for Emirates Airlines so I really know what is the meaning of customer service which most of this people doesn’t know unfortunately!! Now after all I got the room I just stayed bcz I was so tired from the flight !! Second she same to say sorry next day but that doesn’t change anything anymore right !!? First impression will always be the first! Also the shower barely works! I don’t recommend this place at all
