La gentilezza dello staff per qualsiasi necessità, il ristorante e la piscina all'ingresso top, la colazione sul rooftop

La posizione.. x ogni spostamento serviva l'auto in 4, se fossimo stati in 2 col motorino era abbastanza comodo per raggiungere la zona delle spiagge. La camera piccola piccola, ma pulita e con aria condizionata

"Worst stay in Bali"

Dirty room and sheets. Changed room 3 times and still dirty sheets. Very small window. Shower so Close to the toilet that everything gets wet. Ants in the room

Good accomodation and kind staff, but such a shame how they keep their animals... So sad to see the turtle is trapped between concrete tiles where he barely can move! He is trying to escape everyday..(what we understand) Please everyone say something about it, hopefully we can make a change this way & give him a better life somewhere else or complete freedom! Their answer to our comment was that they give him food.. what a joke ! Also, there are 2 snakes in tiny tiny glass boxes with nothing inside just concrete tiles and a plastic cup with water ! I don't understand why the owners have those animals here because we never saw them and the animals have no purpose at all here! For me this is pure animal abuse PLEASE TELL THEM
