Great location, nice hotel. Filtered water available. Comfortable balcony.

Dont come here if you are trying to relax. Music from the hotel’s restaurant and music from the restaurant next to the hotel wont stop until ~10pm every night. After that, the cleaning staff comes in which was very noisy as well. Didn’t find the food from the restaurant particularly good, with service being really slow. The two night we spent there, they didn’t have any soft drinks available, nor some options of the menu.

Great resort right on the beach. Very clean and staff are delightful. The garden is beautiful and 5 stars for its upkeep - a little slice of paradise. Close to some lovely local restaurants - we always caught a taxi as the roads are too busy to walk. Taxi service right across the road and super helpful and professional. We also used the dive facilities. Great team and felt very safe.

Some non smoking areas would be great.

Die Anlage ist direkt am Strand gelegen und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf Bali und den Mount Agung. Der Transport vom Hafen und zurück ist unkompliziert und gratis. Generell ist das Personal sehr nett. Auch die angebotenen Aktivitäten, wie zum Beispiel eine Inselrundfahrt oder der Schnorchel Ausflug sind gut organisiert.

Die Zimmer sind sehr nah am zugehörigen Restaurant gelegen, in dem von in der Früh weg Musik läuft. Daher war ein ruhiges Nickerchen auf der gemütlichen Terrasse schwer möglich.

The location was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to help us. The fact that it has a dive center of its own is great. We went snorkeling and the team was super well trained and took all safety precautions. Just small things like putting a cute pouch in the room with all the essentials. The pool is attached to the ground floor rooms and that's great

The size of the room and no cupboard

We specifically stayed here because my husband was going to be diving… And it could not have gone more smoothly. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to dive.

We had a wonderful stay here - the location was incredible, right on the beach with amazing views. Having the dive centre on site was very convenient and the staff were amazing, particularly in helping to arrange our snorkling/diving, as well as an early breakfast. The restaurant was fantastic, with some of the best Indonesian food we had during our stay. The live music in the evenings was also brilliant, and ear plugs were provided to help with the noise in the evenings (which was definitely needed!). It wasn't a super fancy place, but was great value for what we got and absolutely exceeded our expectations! It ended up being one of our favourite places that we stayed at, and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again if we return.
