staff did a sweep of. the room before we left. Good thing, as my husband left his sunglasses! After we checked out, they contacted us, as they had it on their schedule to give us a ride to the ferry and were concerned we would miss it. So thoughtful!

We could have used one more table for luggage, but that was a minor inconvenience

If you want to sleep choose another place. Music out loud in the evening !

This is a unique beachfront hotel with a bar/restaurant. Rooms are nice all have a terrace and all are facing to the beach (tough the view is somewhat limited by the roof of the restaurant terrace - but it's not a problem at all, it's still really cool). The garden/restaurant has a direct beach acces, you can easily spend a day by just chilling out there. And it also ideal as a homebase for discovering Nusa Penida. They also offer harbor transfer for free.

We had an upstairs room, sound insulation is not the best (by design, it's a wooden structure) but it wasn't a dealbreaker for us, we've still enjoyed this place very much.

Great dive center

The staff are not trained well at all and are very lazy. The pools smell seems they do not have enough filters and are not been cleaned daily. Rooms were never cleaned well you would always see the same stains. When our room on the ground floor was being cleaned we saw the staff cleaning it sweeping the dust into the pool just outside the room. We saw the dinning area tables being cleaned with the same sweeper used for the floor. Food quality breakfast and their lunch/ dinner menu is really not good would not recommend staying or having any meals here. As per what we paid we did not see the value of money. While the property does provide a shuttle to and from the port when leaving the driver tired to drop us off at the shipping yard instead of near the booking desks for the fast boats.

The ambiance, the vibe, the location , the friendly helpful staff, the food, the cocktails. Love the toiletries pouch and the lavender shower gel and tea rose shampoo.

Would love to see more seafood options in the food menu.

Das Frühstück war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man konnte aus 3 Menüs auswählen und das wurde gebracht. Ein mischen war nicht möglich. Es gibt nicht so viele Möglichkeiten um essen zu gehen zu Fuss
