Pearl Sunset Resort - Sunset Moments, Adults Only

Front Building and accomodation roofs made out of Bambu, they were very much artistic and used sugar cane fibre. Landscape was very nice. Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable if you have a back pain problem, just for you. Wifi was very good everywhere. Sunset was amazing. Reception people were very helpful Waiting staff in restaurant were amazing . Specially Satur, Nofi, Juny , they looked after us very well. Thank you so much guys.

Starting from room; there was no net curtain, for privacy, need to close curtains all time. I think A/C filter was not clean, we got some kind of allergy, every time we entered the room. Bathroom shower silicone was very embarrassing( see video) Food; Main menu food was VERY SALTY and lots of MSG unhealthy! We bought a cheese cake, there was no Cheese ( Philadelphia cheese) in it, was terrible. I bought a Face Treatment 1 hr for my wife, they finished in 43 mins. This is rip off. 25% short cut, luring people.

청소를 하루에 한 번밖에 안해줘서 수건이 부족했다. 침구 위생이 별로이며 에어컨에서 냄새가 났다.

Hopsitality was great. Room was very clean and staffs were really helpful. Beautiful resort. Overall has a wonderful stay here.

Nothing
