A wonderful 5 * plus Michelin Key boutique hotel in the very centre of Lisbon from which to walk and enjoy most key sights and restaurants. We found the hotel staff to be among the warmest and most attentive we have encountered during 10 years of retirement travel. Front Office Manager Joao and others arranged a top quality day tour to Sintra for us, as well as a very moving Fado dinner at a hidden artistic restaurant in the Bairro! The hotel restaurant offered a superb traditional Portuguese cuisine dinner experience, and the daily breakfast was delicious and extremely comprehensive. Warm and helpful personal service was evident from each and every one of the numerous employees we encountered, concluding with a warm send-off curb side upon departure.

While the amazing attention to the finest detail was brilliant, response to housekeeping special requests were sometimes inconsistent.

Tout, sans exception. Le personnel est à la fois chaleureux et très professionnel : check-in et check-out d’une fluidité remarquable, et des recommandations locales vraiment pertinentes qui ont enrichi notre séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, calme et d’un confort rare — literie exceptionnelle, aucune nuisance sonore. La propreté est irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et l’emplacement, en plein Chiado, permet de tout faire à pied avec une vue magnifique en prime. Le WiFi est rapide et stable. Un séjour en couple parfaitement réussi.

Absolument rien à signaler. Difficile de trouver le moindre point négatif tant le séjour a été soigné de bout en bout.
