It was a a quiet location

The staff were not friendly. The facilities were not adequate. Stayed for 6 nights. Had to request basic amenities every day. The housekeeping staff were inadequate in maintaining the rooms.

Everything! Really friendly and helpful staff lots of smiling faces. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Cleanliness throughout the property.

Not enough storage space in the bedroom for our clothes. There were no drawers.

I arrived very stressed as my flight was cancelled and I didn't know the city. The staff were helpful and understanding and immediately put me at ease. The room was very good, the food and bar service excellent and the hotel vibe was professional yet informal. I'll definitely come again, and have already recommended the hotel to friends visiting Porto.
