"Very poor"

The maintenance man cherry is the best thing about the hotel.

The staff at the front desk and the manger were an issue, and we were forced to leave due to someone's bruised ego. They said we kept the room a mess but it wasn't and that they would have to buy a new mattress due to our pet having an accident, but the mattress wasn't even stained nor did it smell. When told to check the manager refused, so on account of them not doing their due diligence we were forced to leave the hotel.

"Dirty and unusable"

First room was dirty roaches and no tv. Moved and next room was clean but still no tv Had to use my hotspot on my phone for tv to work. Internet does not work. Lady at the desk was very kind Edit to add: NO HOT WATER let it run for like ten mins and ice water is all i got. Run from here as fast as you can

The staff was nice they are trying to make improvements to the studio room They just got rid of rats and bugs and unwanted people

The hotel is old, smells bad and had rats and roaches in the room. Had people that seemed to be homeless hanging around . The room next to me had dogs in the room that barked all night. It's in a bad location. Also don't have good tv reception and no real cable

"Find another room"

The motel is run down, however the studio side is better than the motel side. First checking in there is no elevator so you have to carry all luggage up the stairs to your room. Secondly, once in the room there was a roach then multiple ants around the sink area by the kitchenette. Stains were on the bedding and the room just needed to be deep cleaned. The ceiling in the bathroom is rusted peeling and gross

"I couldn’t stay here again"

Not much

Out date, run down and falling apart!! Took a 50.00 deposit and still haven’t got it back. Dirty wash rags in the bathroom before we ever took a shower.
