USThe front desk lady was horrible and an ugly attitude. When I went to the property I had to call a number because none was there and when I called she didn’t have any of my information she didn’t even know I was coming she told me to wait 15 mins so she can get to the hotel so that’s when I chat with Expedia I told them everything that was going on and when the lady came back to the office she was mad that I went and talk to Expedia telling me why I talk to them I shouldn’t have called and she kept going on and on about how Expedia is not a good like unprofessional..

The parking lot needed repairs
USYou ask "what did you think of the breakfast?". There is no breakfast here. The rooms were of a good size and great location.
Upon initial show up I was told I did not have a reservation. I had to pull up my emails and then phone calls had to be made to finally say that I did have a room. I paid extra for three people but was only given towels for two. Upon requesting another; we were told that I had booked the room for only two people. Emails and copies to the rescue.
