My room smelled like cigarettes even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room. I’m traveling with kids, and I had to change rooms twice… It also says breakfast is included… I was at least expecting coffee, but there’s nothing! Terrible experience

Location

Door locks stuck, floor buckling, no towels upon arrival, had to set up wifi for TV and I was looking yo relax after the drive. Parking spot in front of room taken my someone else. Fridge had 3 legs so unsturdy, people in room next door or above had barking dog. Went there for oral surgery appointment, The stay did not help with anxiety and or comfort, so we left a day early. It's now been 5 days and deposit still not refunded.
