DuBois Manor Motel

The room was a nice size. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Owner was completely unprofessional.

It was good and clean.

Bugs and poor check-in. The guy at the front desk had a lot of trouble finding the reservation I made. Took a good 15 minutes of waiting in silence while we just wanted to check in and fall asleep. The bathroom floor was covered in dead bugs. The very large spider guilty of this massacre made his appearance too. Also, the tip of the bathroom door got stuck, so I had to use all my force to pop it back open. The thought of being stuck in bug graveyard with that spider still haunts me.

I only one towel in room no ice

Location was close to main road around a lot of bars and resturants. Close to Penn State campus. Stayed here for Groundhogs Day about a 35 minute drive and 1/4 of the price.

Rooms were extremly dated and not well kept. Drafty under the door and you could hear everything going on throughout the night. Only 2 pillows and sheets and towels were old. We smelt cigarette smoke the entire stay even though we were not in a smoking room . It was so strong that it woke me in the middle of the night. Nice to have the refrigerator.

Booked a double bed and on arrival was told they only had a king. Then when we got to the riom it smelled like stale cigarettes and there was no heat. After driving over 4 hours to get there it was too late to find another place to stay. Slept with my clothes on and wound up getting a fever
