I can't give it a rating, as I didn't receive any kind of notice until this, when it's too late.
I did not expect much and i was NOT disappointed. The air conditioner was loud, but i have hearing loss. The lady checking me in was very unfriendly. Tild me they would kick me out if any one else entered the room.

Stayed in this hidden gem for EDC weekend and it was great. Friendly owners and staff. Definitely staying again.
This hotel is misrepresented by Hotels.com. It is not 150 room hotel with wooden floors. It's a dumpy little 15 room motel of cinderblock construction with plastic floors. Furthermore, the room has clearly been smoked and and there was a cigarette burn through the sheet. The only washcloth in the bathroom was obviously used to clean the toilet at some point.
Unsavory people everywhere. Very dirty and unsafe
I was a little uneasy during my stay because of the noise and people coming and going at night.

very kind staff
The room was very simple but the room was clean. Bathroom was nice and clean and bed sheets were also nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. It’s a great place away from the noisy strip and comfortable enough to rest at night. Very quiet at night time.
