East Rock Inn

It all happened electronically which at first was making me nervous it wasn’t going to work but their instructions were perfect and clear with frequent reminders. Room very clean (seemed very new) and perfect for what we needed. Bed comfortable. Plenty of parking. Beautiful setting.

Ice maker didn't work. Would be nicer if there was actually someone there to greet you. Seemed very impersonal. The walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations next door. No art on the walls. Maybe a mural or something to celebrate the area.

Room was really comfortable and clean. Beautiful views from the main court yard during the day and at night the sky was full of stars. Amazing.

The room and suite were just what we were looking for (Bedroom was separate from the rest of the suite) everything was very clean, and the extras were very appreciated. We were able to spend quality time with each other. Purchased food from a local gourmet deli and supermarket and brought it back to the suite. We were able to enjoy dinner and breakfast in the privacy and comfort of the living area in the suite.

Itthe exteriorlooks nice, toom was clean and had nice touches. Bathroom was a little tight but workable. Bed was very nice. Would definitely stay again. Easy self check in

To begin with, the location is lovely. Other hotels and motels are all set right by the road. The East Rock inn is set at the end of the long driveway in a much quieter, green area with a nice lawn with chairs to relax. The check-in process is super easy. I find it very relaxing not having to deal with staff. The code to your door also gives you access to a common room with some amenities. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you needed like fridge, safe and kettle.

We liked that the hotel.was updated and had a modern aesthetic. It was clean as well and the bed was comfy. Also a great location.

We stayed in a dog friendly room and our room was very small. We have small dogs so it worked ok but if you had a medium or large dog, there would be no room for the dog to lie on the floor.
