Room was in need of repair didn’t even get the room I paid for and lights and tv weren’t working beds were a mess curtains had cigarette burns on them and floors were old and dirty

We were very impressed with High Five. I knew the hotel was there. Right off Veterans and WS Young. But I had no idea how quiet it would be so close to a busy intersection. There was a small refundable deposit of $30 for a non-smoking room. They actually went and checked the room wasn't smoked in before returning my deposit. I'm OK with that but surprised they did so. We had a king room. The bed was huge. I believe it was larger than a king. Solid wood sleigh. Gorgeous bed. And the mattress was soft! The tv was decent size, 40", and had an abundance of things to watch including HBO. We did not use the shower but our room was handicap accessible with a folding seat in the shower. The room was very spacious. The fridge kept our foods/drinks cold. We didn't use the microwave. We decided we would always book High Five when staying in Killeen. Absolutely loved the place.

It wasn’t to bad but the sheets had stains on them, the towels had stains on them , walls had stains along the floorboard. Jus didn’t feel like a clean place
