Had to switch rooms, and 2nd room had No heat, No Wifi, too close to freeway. Clerk was very friendly.

The property was just so so. It was ok and clean but would have liked a little nicer. Area was ok.

It was noisy by the interstate and pretty cold. The heater wasn’t very strong. I think with decent weather and on the other side of the motel, it would be fine.

the room had NO HEAT!, When I asked the manager in the middle of the night, I was told that they had not turned on the heat to the building yet - despite cooler temperatures. He offered to provide a portable electric heater, but no compensation. Good thing I had enough clothes to layer up. The bathroom exhaust air vent was filthy and there was no tissue paper in the room. Cockroaches

Dated, but clean and with good facilities, unfortunately next to a very noisy freeway. Was a good location for what i wanted to do.

Door wouldn’t open, tv would not turn on, rattle in ceiling somewhere like intermittent n keep u awake. Never saw a maid. No refunds cuz when u see it n comfort inn Nextdoor ul run next door! Plus 100 room Deposit????? Place was worst I’ve been in in years!

The hotel room was clean and staged as we arrived, but there were burn holes all around on the floors, surfaces and blanket. The bed was not very comfortable. There were only 2, fairly flat pillows. Despite the property pictures giving the impression of having a pool for the using, I am glad that it was not because the look of it when walking by, made it seem less than safe to be near or in.

Didn’t even stay there, we Went to check in in a couple coming out told us that they had bedbugs there. He talked to his manager and the representatives at hotels.com and still have not received the refund.
