I really like how easy the online check-in was, and the location is perfect! It's right downtown, so you can walk almost everywhere. I can't comment on the staff, because we didn't interact with them, but everything was handled online perfectly smoothly.

I wish that the windows in the room opened. The weather was so lovely that we wanted fresh air, but we couldn't open them (yes, we unlocked them first).
