Great location. Very dog friendly. Separate cabins are very quiet. Right next to a great walking area along the river.

Decor/style has a somewhat sterile ultramodern feel, but it was still comfortable.

A beautiful property. New, modern, cozy in a central location. The room has a generous layout with a mini kitchenette. Very lovely property. We will definitely return.

Place was very nice, new, clean, great location. Tasteful room decor and very comfortable bed.

Great little Euro type lodging. Right on the banks of the river, easy walking to town, river walk, hot springs, modern fire pit, great patio, even bikes to borrow!! Very clean,well appointed, comfortable bedding. Independent check in/out. Staff availability by phone and text. We loved it. Next visit to Pagosa is a no brainer.

We loved the location, first of all. Loved that pretty much every detail had been considered in the function and design of the “cabins”. It was just the 2 of us, and we loved the king bed (very comfortable), but the bunk beds were also very cool for those traveling as a family. Enjoyed the common area with the fire pit, too.
