Lincoln Inn

Our employees had a terrible experience at the Lincoln Inn in Venice. As soon as they walked into their room, it reeked of urine. The fabric chair inside had a huge stain, clearly the source of the smell, and instead of properly addressing it, the odor was just covered up with air freshener and cleaning chemicals... causing nausea to both guests. On top of that, they found dead cockroaches in the room. When they brought their concerns to the front desk, nothing was done to accommodate them or offer another room. Our employees ended up turning in their keys and booking at another hotel. To make matters worse, when I called to speak with a manager, she was not only dismissive and rude but also stated there are no refunds regardless of the condition of the room. Completely unacceptable conditions and customer service. We will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great little motel. Good sized rooms and comfy bed. Helpful staff. Parking on premises. The car park was small but there is also street parking. Fridge and TV in room. Ice machine available too.

Rooms were clean but walls are paper thin!! So much noise.

I stay here for one week every six weeks this past year. I have found my spot. Great location, renovated, super clean, friendly service, underground parking. I will say they need some new pillows

The propriety is as advertised. It is a budget hotel. I found myself wishing I had spent a little bit more to get a quiet location, a more comfortable bed, better wifi, etc. Unless saving money us your first, last, and only goal you are probably better off looking elsewhere.

The room itself was very clean for what we paid! We enjoyed our stay here, we felt safe because not only do you have to scan your card key to get in the room, you also scan it to get in the hallway. The area around the hotel however has a lot of homeless people hanging out. We still walked around fine and had no trouble.

It was an ok stay. Upon arrival I found several strand of hair on the bed, then when I went to take a shower there were hairs on the towels & tub looks like it could use some repairs. I went to go get ice from the entrance area and it looked as if the ice machine was missing. Other than all of that the stay was ok.

I made this reservation at last minute and we have to say that from the lady at the front desk to the room we were impressed clean comfortable and you guys have earn new clients thank you so very much and to the two ladies that help us also thank you

Stayed with my family of 4, great location! Loved that McD was right next door.
