great place - well located. reasonable prices and nice rooms.

Good property, all we needed. Quick check in, friendly staff, easy and safe parking (for $15 a night). Room was recently renovated and looked great. No closet, hangers or ironing board. Borrowed an iron from the front desk. I would stay again.

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and I do not believe it should be listed on a platform like Expedia. The staff were generally unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable from the beginning. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building, and the rooms were very noisy, making it difficult to rest. The surrounding area also felt unsafe due to the noticeable presence of homeless individuals nearby, which added to our discomfort. One positive aspect was the housekeeping—our room was clean, and the cleaning staff clearly did their job well. Unfortunately, that was the only good part of our stay. We ended up spending two nights of our trip at a different hotel, which was a huge relief. The difference in quality and atmosphere was immediately noticeable. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel. It does not meet the standards expected from a reputable booking platform.

The remodel job on the rooms was well done. The tub needs a mat or treatment to prevent being slippery but thats an easy fix. Front desk staff were wonderful. For families the convenience of the McDonalds right next door and the 24 hour mini mart at the chevron gas station across the street, which has reasonable prices for coffee, hot chocolate and snacks is super helpful.

Easy check in, close to the beach, nice staff, perfect for the money.

Good property

The place itself was super clean outside was atrocious. Homeless and it felt unsafe. There was a homeless camp outside of our window.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of Venice Beach. The rooms were amazing; recently remodeled and very modern. They provided housekeeping even without having to put in a request. My only forewarning: they unexpectedly charge $15 per day to park on the property; I was informed of this when checking in. However, when I told them that this was not advertised on Hotels.com, the gentleman at the front counter waived the parking fee since I was only staying two days, which was very kind. All in all, excellent stay! I will definitely be returning!
