"Good location for airport."

Location to airport was good, a 7 minute journey. Cost for this was expensive, considering. Staff were fantastic, the check-in lady and the lady breakfast manager. Best lobby toilets in Bali I have ever seen.

Room had an unpleasant odour. Rooftop pool area had no shade, not a single person up there. Loud humming noise all night, appeared to be from lifts, kept my friend awake most of the night. Light above my bed flashed every 30 seconds, could not sleep without eye cover. I took a video of this. Room 1033. Staff could have said there was free shuttle to Jerman Beach. We caught a taxi there twice.

It’s perfect if you want to be close to the airport, and bed was comfortable

aircon is a bit loud and also smelly, I’d say it’s the only bad thing

"Very dirty room."

Close to the airport.

We were very disappointed with our stay. This hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4 star property. Both the room and bathroom were unclean upon arrival, with visible stains on the carpet and mold in the shower. The overall level of cleanliness made us uncomfortable, and it left such a poor impression that we chose to skip breakfast altogether. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we were expecting from an airport hotel, and we would not stay here again.
