"Good for an overnight to and from Rote."

The staff at reception were really switched on and organised. Buffets were very good.

Unfortunately we stayed on the night Independece Day Celebrations were taking place and the live music was so loud the rooms were vibrating and continued non stop until 6.30am. Not a wink of sleep was had due to poor sound proofing.

"Clean, new hotel in the middle of Kupang"

Great stopover hotel, rooms were nicely appointed and the pool is fantastic.

It was quite difficult to get room service and use the ipads to order/call - best to just go down to reception for anything you need.

"Comfortably met our needs for the two day stay."

We ate in the hotel dining room on two evenings. Compared to US pricing, we were amazed at how much excellent food and beverage could be had for the price of eating at McDonald's in the USA. The breakfast buffet provided many, many options to please anyone.

The booking information did NOT note that hand towels and face cloths were NOT included in the room rate. Fortunately, I met a room attendant in the hall outside our room who advised me of this fact and he contacted an associate to remedy the issue. He was delighted with my tip for his assistance. I hope he shared it with his associate.

Oh the staffs are the most friendly and professional in kupang.. especially Andry the manager and Maya receptionist .. they went beyond to make sure we have great stay.
