Loved that the staff were so helpful with sending my wallet that I left in the taxi. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly. The room was quite spacious and luxurious. It has everything you need.

The room was clean, beds, table, sofa, coffee area.. toilet was clean. Very comfortable pillows and L bolster. Aircon was strong and the TV had youtube etc. It was great. Please keep up the amazing work.

Yes, I do have and hope that you can improve on the lightings in the toilet. Additional installation of lights would be good. It would be good to have white towels. Those that I had felt limp, not crisp, and was light grey-coloured. It didn't feel fresh or that clean.
