The stuff was nice and friendly

Actually the room very small and there is no water in the room and it was many things are broken in the room also there is a strange noise coming from the bathroom all the night

Before checked-in I already called the hotel to request that I need connecting room. The staff who picked up the phone said if I want connecting room it's available in Twin and Double Room (I booked 2 double rooms) then I said it's okay 1 room is twin and the others is double just make sure I got connecting room the staff said Okay she will take a note. When I checked-in the FO staff said there's nothing notes on my booking and said that the connecting room is fully booked and she will gave me rooms on the same floor. When I came into the room what I found is dirty rooms. Dirty bed sheet and duvet, dirty towel, and I found leftover box under the sofa. Really bad experince👎 i will not come back to this hotel.

The food from the A La Carte menu at the restaurant was the worse we’ve had in Indonesia in over a year. The presentation and taste was that of microwave food. Totally unacceptable for a 3-star international hotel chain. The “Margarita” pizza - in the photo, looked like it was prepared by a 5 year old & nothing close to a Margarita pizza. This was just one of 5 disappointing dishes. One of which was sent back because it was basically a chunk of stewed beef in a bun, no salad or sauce and called a “Giant Beef Burger”. In hopes of better food we went to the sister hotel next door - Novotel, and had the same experience. A “Chicken baguette Sandwich” which was two small slices of a loaf with about a tablespoon of chicken mixed with mayonnaise. The “bread” served with the pasta was a mix of broken pieces which most likely was left from the breakfast.

The bfast were good. Lots of variety n taste nice. The staff are very helpful n friendly. Free airport transfer was great.

The rooms are very small. Realy hard to pack n unpack n arrange our luggage. The floor was not clean properly. I can fell it when I'm not using the sandal given. Too basic for the price.

Really enjoy staying in Ibis YIA hotel as the room is really clean. Hotel staffs are great and helpful especially the reception team. The hotel is so kind to allow early check-in at 1pm which greatly help travellers arrive early. Will come back to this hotel again in my next trip.

It's simple, comfortable, and clean, and we can get all we need for our business trip. The hotel is also close to the YIA train station, which makes it very easy and handy to go to the center of Yogyakarta or to depart from YIA to other cities. One more thing, the hotel provides a reliable shuttle service to the airport for free, and I can see it's handled by a professional driver. I will be back at this hotel for sure, for business or personal trips. It is a very recommended hotel.
