AnandaDara Ubud Resort & Spa

Location was super quiet and relaxing, 10-15 ride to the city central. Breakfast was yummy.The main highlight was the staff - so friendly and kind, very accomodating. Pool facilities were great. Spa and massage was super relaxing. Honestly the staff team, tri and ita were the nicest people ever.

We lived like royalty for the 3 nights we stayed here. We drank cocktails by the pool and ate the most amazing food in the restaurant. The free shuttle into Central Ubud was very flash. Electric seats with massage option and free water. We had a ground level room that opened out onto the pool area. Our room 109 was perfect with a free mini bar, kimonos and daily cleaning plus nighttime turn down service included. We were adjusting to local time so we would have a spa every morning (located just outside our room) on dawn with the whole place to ourselves. We will 100% come back and stay again. WE LOVED IT!!!

Egyértelműen az egyik legjobb szállodai élményünk volt eddig. Már érkezéskor érezhető volt az a magas szintű vendégkezelés, ami egy valódi 5 csillagos szállodát jellemez: gyors check-in, frissítő ital, és maximális figyelem a részletekre. A szoba tágas, rendkívül tiszta és igényesen berendezett volt, modern, mégis balinéz stílusjegyekkel. Az ágy kényelme külön kiemelendő – ritkán aludtunk ennyire jól utazás során. A napi takarítás hibátlan, minden alkalommal makulátlan állapotba került vissza a szoba. A hotel szolgáltatásai szintén kiemelkedők: a medence területe gyönyörű és nyugodt, mindig volt elegendő napágy. A reggeli választék bőséges és minőségi, a nemzetközi és helyi ételek egyaránt magas színvonalon voltak elkészítve. Az éttermi élmények külön dicséretet érdemelnek. A személyzet minden egyes tagja rendkívül kedves, mindig mosolygós, segítőkész és professzionális. Látszik, hogy valóban fontos számukra a vendégek elégedettsége – minden kérésünket gyorsan és mosollyal teljesítették. A környezet gyönyörű, rendezett és csendes, tökéletes választás pihenéshez, de ugyanakkor jó kiindulópont a környék felfedezéséhez is. Összességében ez a szálloda minden elvárást felülmúlt. Ha valaki luxus, nyugalom és kifogástalan szolgáltatás kombinációját keresi Balin, itt biztosan nem fog csalódni.

I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Everything was very comfortable. The staff put a lot of effort into being hospitable and helpful. We booked the room with the onsen (spa) overlooking the rice fields and I have to say BOOK THIS ROOM!! It was amazing and I will definitely be returning.

Had to drive a bit to get to the main Ubud city centre. But it wasn’t a big deal because that gave us an excuse to hire a scooter.
