Gosyen Azana Hotel Salatiga

Everything was fine. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The breakfast has a large varity of indonesian food but hardly anything continetal. All in all it is a fair bargain. The next time we'll be back.

Great location

Advertised as having a pool. All got in bathers to swim. Got down there and were told it is only for children. Shouldn't be advertised a having a pool if you can't use it. Double bedroom photo looked better than the room actually was. One side of the bed was hard against the wall so you had to dive bomb or crawl in. The photo had 2 bed side tables with a table at the end of the bed. There was only about 40 to 50cm space at the end of the bed.

Thank you for the excellent service! I celebrated New Year's here and was delighted by the surprise gifts. The hotel's location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance—food stalls, traditional markets, and shops are all nearby. The hotel itself is new and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was impressive, especially for a 3-star hotel. Amenities like free-flow soap and shampoo, along with reliable hot water, were much appreciated. The only downside was the building's structure; it felt a bit noisy at times, even inside the building, and the elevator noise was slightly bothersome. Overall, a big thumbs up for the outstanding service from Front One Gosyen Hotel. Wishing you even more success in 2025!
