The hotel was very clean, and you could see someone cleaning constantly around the hotel. The hotel room had a good and quiet AC, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was located in the central Canggu with restaurants and cafes very close by (Baked. cafe was amazing), and it was also possible to walk to the beach (around 1.5 km). The hotel staff was very nice, making the whole atmosphere of the hotel very welcoming. We were able to get a late check-out for free, and the WiFi was really good.

You have to order the breakfast a day in advance, which makes it hard to plan the morning around it. But the food itself was really good, and pre-ordering ensured its freshness!

Extremely disappointing stay — would never recommend this place, especially for families. The location was terrible and nothing like what was shown online. The hotel itself felt more like a cheap motel than a proper hotel. The room was extremely tiny, poorly maintained, and definitely not as advertised in the photos. There was no soundproofing at all — you could hear everything from outside and other rooms. Service was even worse. The staff seemed to reject almost every request with a “no” and were not helpful at all. To make matters worse, they complained about us “making noise” around 10pm when my entire family was already asleep. Completely unreasonable. Major issues with the property: No lift, and our room was on the 4th floor 😡 Travelling with my aged mother who cannot walk properly — she had to climb 4 floors every day Water leaking in the room/bathroom Bathroom had NO exhaust fan — only an open window risking privacy Breakfast tasted awful 🤢 Front main doors were difficult to lock (felt unsafe) Not enough vessels in the kitchen Very poor maintenance overall This place is absolutely NOT family friendly. It’s uncomfortable, poorly managed, and misleading compared to online pictures. Big no for anyone travelling with kids or elderly people. Avoid at all costs. 🚫

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Außenbereich und das kleine Schwimmbad sind schön und laden ein zum Sonne genießen. Mit dem Roller ist das Zentrum in Minuten zu erreichen, angenehme Lage. Im Großen und Ganzen hat es auf jeden Fall gepasst für den Preis.

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich schön, nur das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche war etwas heruntergekommen. Aber alles sauber. Man kann zwischen verschiedenen Frühstücksgerichten wählen. Die Portionen fand ich etwas klein, da man sich nur für eine entscheiden kann + 1 Getränk. Frühstück startet erst um 8.30 was ich persönlich etwas spät finde. Die Sachen waren jedoch lecker und schön zubereitet.

Great accommodation. The staff is so kind and helpful, and the room is so comfortable (clean, natural amenities with excellent breakfast choices). The location is good enough, not really near the beach, but easily accessible by public transportation. and still within 20 minutes walking distance from the beach (Berawa beach?)

The AC was leaking, but it was quickly repaired, and a room change was provided. Unfortunately, the area experienced a power outage for about 30 minutes.
