What a beautiful stay The welcoming was great, I had all the information needed. The receptionist even helped me translate the conversation with my driver when I arrived. The staff is always helpful, respectful, and very friendly. Beautiful people, I wish them all the best. The facilities are new, the room has plenty of storage, TV and an incredibly comfortable bed. The shower is great too. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, I really enjoyed my Nyepi day there, watching squirrels jumping from tree to tree. I would definitely recommend this place and come back next time 🙏

Absolute Gem! Beautiful and quiet area surrounded by loads of nature. The staff is outstanding helpful and friendly. The rooms are super clean, comfy bed and have a smart TV. Good breakfast (tip- choose the Fried Rice). The pool is very clean and they even offer pool towels! We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back!

Some chairs or cushions on the balcony would be great instead of the net as it is not comfortable to sit in.

My girlfriend and I spent 4 days here and we had a fantastic time. The place was amazingly quiet and peaceful and we were able to unwind in the lovely nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Best of all, the staff were absolutely fantastic- super friendly, polite, laid-back and helpful- everything you want! Ngurah and Yanik thank you so much, we look forward to visiting again 🙏

For longer stays it would be great to have a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee.

The room was very nice & clean.The jungle view was beautiful. Staff were pleasant, helpful and meals were delicious.👍

They boasted a flat screen TV that was in the room, but it wasnt working. Not that we would have cancelled, but there was prior opportunity to notify us. There was 2 of us on the booking, but only I glass with water provided and only 1 outside chair provided. Picky, but that is what we noticed.

Extremely humid, with mold on the wall. I got sick from the humidity in the room. As soon as you walk in, you can smell it. It’s masked with some perfume, but that fades.. I requested a refund for an early departure, the staff could clearly see I got sick in my first night. They said it wasn’t possible because of Booking’s fees, but after communicating with Booking, it became clear that the unwillingness to resolve it didn’t come from Booking’s side. The owner simply didn’t want to come with a solution and ignored it. They also charge 11% service charge for warung style food, which is higher than most places. I wouldn’t recommend. Having said that, the views are beautiful, and the staff is very kind. They helped me to feel better with some local cures. Hope they will find a better place to work. Maybe it’s better in dry season (my stay was in a wet time).
