The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and had to ask for it to be cleaned. It was also not well ventilated so it had a smell.

This hotel was a great find! Easy location to walk around Kuta. Close to shops and restaurants yet a little peaceful haven down the lane way. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, we so appreciated the slightly earlier check-in. Upon check-in out they found my husband had left something behind and quickly got us back. I would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

I liked how laid back it was, the staffy was very friendly and very helpful. I like the space of the rooms.

I think cleaners of resort need more training in cleaning, mopping the the floors ot the rooms and the back walls could do with en better clean too
