Wunderschönes Hotel, eigenes kleines Riff vor dem Hotel zum Schnorcheln, Frühstück war gut und à la card und man wurde auf jeden fall mehr als satt. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Friendly service from the staff made up for other shortcomings this hotel has. Some of the staff (like Erna) could speak good English which made communication easy as she booked transport and a snorkeling trip for us. The view from the pool and restaurant is beautiful. For such a small hotel and kitchen, the breakfast was surprisingly good. Thank you!

Pictures give the illusion that each room has its own pool chairs in front of the room. This is not the case. There are double the amount of rooms for the amount of pool chairs. We stayed there for 4 days and could not use the chairs in front of our room once!! This creates a huge privacy issue which was my biggest concern staying in this hotel: unless you close your room curtains, you have NO privacy. People are in front of your room (walking and sitting on the pool chairs) the entire time. The bathroom towels are very old, small and low quality. I would have appreciated a change of clean pool towels during our 4 day stay. Scooter rental through the hotel was expensive so we contacted another rental service who delivered 2 scooters for us at the hotel.

The location

Close proximity to the beach. Beautiful rooms. Great food and very close to the Banjar Nyuh harbour.

The manager somehow was adamant about checking in at 2 PM only, despite the room was vacant and ready to occupy. Despite multiple requests for an early check in was not considered even when we had a young boy with us. This behaviour was quite rude and weird. Except for that I thought the resort was full value for money. Limited food options but overall delicious meals for whatever you ordered. The manager also acted weird when I asked to arrange for a two wheeler and car to roam around, he did not let me speak to the driver directly to arrange for the second and third day.

Great snorkelling right off the beach, very comfortable, relaxed with friendly helpful staff, very cool spot, food is on par for Bali

Paradise drowning in plastic and rubbish, such a shame, they clean the beach everyday but its back by lunch time, little isolated, 20-minute taxi to town / restaurants, but otherwise sweet as.
