We lived on 2 floor, room 205 is room no dump and fresh, slightly worn towels but clean, deep pool, stylish interior. But what impressed me most was the staff, who were all responsive, very pleasant, and kind. When we checked in, our Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, but the guys did everything they could and fixed it within 20 minutes. 🙏🏼

Tout était parfait il n’y a rien à dire, rapport qualité prix imbattable, personnel au top, piscine propre, la chambre était très propre, grande et confortable ! L’hôtel est bien situé nous avons pu tout faire en scooter et à pieds, encore merci pour tout 🙏🏼

Comfortable bed and close to many things in Kuta.

The aircon in the room kept dripping throughout the night but informed staff so they could get it looked at. Breakfast was average with many options not being available.
