Excellent hotel. Very new and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - it was quiet and I slept very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sbuttle driver who picked me up went out way to pick me job when I couldn’t find the pick up location. Very close to the airport. I wasn’t sure about walking around the area by myself but the hotel restaurant was very good. I was jet lagged. It was just one night.

I had a wonderful time at the Fairfield Marriott! The staff was fantastic! The staff member Nadiya did a wonderful job serving in the dining area! I recommend this hotel!

مناسب لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من حيث الممرات واسعه والحمامات مجهزة لمساعدة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وايضاً قريب جداً من مطار سوكارنو وما أنسى معاملة الموظفين جداً ودودين ومحترفين.

"Good choice for Jakarta airport stay!"

New hotel near the airport. Excellent experience throughout - from the assistance to book an airport transfer pre-arrival with a massive flight delay (shout out to Wulan from the operator team!), to dinner at the Fairfield Cafe (amazing service by Pasya of the F&B team) - where the food was delicious! Room is comfortable! Great CGK-hotel stay!
