mooi hotel, met aardig personeel goede bedden, en goede douche

geen handzeep bij de wastafel, geen airco in de lobby, en ze zeiden dat we een upgrade kregen maar aan de foto's te zien hebben we een standaard kamer gekregen

Bersih staf sangat membantu dan lokasi strategis

Saya punya pesanan di minta bayar padahal saya sudah pesan lewat booking.com ternyata karena hotel penuh dan harga naik mereka mencoba membuat saya batal tinggal disana sehingga bayaran saya yg di booking di reject dan saya disuruh transfer padahal saya dalam perjalanan ke hotel dan saya bilang akan bayar saat sampai, dan saat pulang ada staf yg wa saya bilang saya akan di denda bila tidak balikin kunci padahal pagi jam 8.30 daya sudah checkout dan balikin kunci jd pengalaman ini sangat membuat saya tidak nyaman

Staff were great, cleanliness of rooms were good. We had an issue with our room and the staff kindly upgraded us.

Breakfast was extremely crowded , fruit wasn’t very fresh. The sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t very good, we could hear everything happening in the rooms and corridors

Service & Facilities Feedback During peak hours (around 6:30 AM), the toilets in the buffet area did not have tissue available. The handwashing area was also missing soap. Dining Experience When I requested assistance to plate scrambled eggs, the staff responded in an unfriendly manner and asked me to serve myself, even though the plates were placed very close to the stove, which felt unsafe. Dining tables were not set with crockery, and there were no serviettes available. The food selection was average, with nothing particularly memorable, and many dishes lacked flavor. Layout & Navigation The exit area was confusing, as it appears to be shared or mixed with the apartment section, making it unclear for guests.

Kamarnya sangat nyaman, bersih, luas...

Makanannya kurang variatif, dan rasanya standard2 aja kurang begitu enak dan kurang menarik. Staff nya gak ramah tidak seperti hotel2 lain yg bintang 4 pun kl bertemu staff hotel biasanya menyapa salam. Tidak ad 1 pun staff yg menyapa setiap bertemu. Kurang cepat tanggap jika ada hal sesuatu yang bs mencelakakan customer.

I was there at 14.45 but room wasn't ready. It could not be ready until 15.15 even though I have informed hotel about my arrival time before hand.
