We stayed for three nights in the pool-access suite, and everything was amazing. The room was incredibly clean, and we loved the bamboo details, the air conditioning, and especially the private terrace area with sun loungers and a table for every room. The beds were also extremely comfortable. The breakfast included in our stay was both very diverse and delicious. We especially loved everything we ate at Nini Restaurant. There were also complimentary sunset cocktails every afternoon between 4–6 PM, which was a lovely touch. We used the spa twice during our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the spa experience was absolutely wonderful. They also offer complimentary yoga classes and walking programs if you are interested. In addition, there is a 24/7 gym available. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful rice fields, and honestly, we did not feel the need to visit other rice terraces around Ubud because the view here was already stunning. We also asked for a one-day temple tour, and the hotel was able to arrange both a driver and a customized itinerary for us very easily. We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend our vacation by one more night and stayed in one of the bamboo villas. The villa views and the private hot tub were beautiful, and staying there was a very unique experience. However, the villas are naturally a bit less protected from the outdoors, so at night we slept with mosquito nets because of gecko sounds and insects, which made the air conditioning feel less effective for us. If we visited again, we would probably choose the suite room, but we still really enjoyed the villa experience as well. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The property was a work of art and had an amazing staff that made our stay feel very special. They not only treated us incredibly, but they made the stay feel very personal as they all remembered our names and greeted us by name. We booked our transfer to our next hotel through the hotel and their driver, Yana, was especially wonderful. He was a great, safe driver who looked out for us and helped guide us with the best of care.

Wow, what an incredible resort. From the moment we arrived at the entrance, everything was absolutely perfect — the staff, the grounds, the service, and especially our villa, which was simply stunning. We only stayed for 2 nights, but honestly we could have stayed so much longer. The food here was amazing. From the floating breakfast, to lunch, and especially the romantic dinner, every meal was exceptional. We stayed in Villa 1 overlooking the rice fields and jungle, and the views were breathtaking. Sitting there each morning with a coffee, taking in the scenery, was pure bliss. A special thank you to our butler, Manik, who looked after us so well and showed us such kindness and care throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the rice field tour with her. Every member of staff is trained to such a high standard and truly makes you feel like family. What an amazing resort. We will definitely be back.
