No tea,coffee,in rooms stayed 3 nights only got 2 250ml bottles water then had to pay for them had to ask for toilet paper and towels

Staff were nice especially the lady at the front desk and the guys walking around.

Didn't like the location, the fact that asking multiple times on multiple days had no hot water, toilet didn't flush made the room smell bad even when not used, couldn't watch TV as the screen was snowy due to poor reception I guess.
