I really enjoyed my stay at the Hava. The staff here are very friendly and the room I stayed in was very nice. The location is a little walk to the centre of Ubud but there are also things nearby in terms of restaurants and cafes etc

Nothing to complain about

Pool area was really nice and massage was good.

Quality of the food. I would expect fresh juice for breakfast rather than from a carton. Chips were frozen chips. Being followed while in the pool to sign for a Coke…surely they could have waited until we got out.

One of thee best hotels I have ever stayed at in the thee world! Thee most friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide us with activity suggestions. The yummiest breakfast one could ever wish for with so many options made to order. A magnificent pool with a water feature that is out of this world

Not a single thing

Really comfortable bed. Loved being able to get a lift up to the street on the bike or in the buggy. Lots of little places to eat and get massages etc in close walking distance. EXCELLENT value for money.

Great clean facilities, comfortable room and welcoming staff. My mate Peggy made my stay 10/10 🙏

Safety deposit box needs to be secured for valueables

Hava Hotel is truly special. A treasure of a hotel in Ubud, it feels like a luxury resort. But what sets this hotel apart is the heart behind it. The staff (Ratna, Peggy, Yuli, Fajar, everyone!) greeted me every day with such warmth that I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The restaurant is exceptional, the pool is beautiful, it's paradise! Without a doubt, the best hotel I've experienced in Ubud, and I will absolutely come back!

The staff that the reception were always friendly and would say hello to my son. The breakfast had a good range but wasn’t the freshest.

Very disappointing stay at Hava Ubud. I don’t understand how this property has such a high rating. The location is extremely inconvenient—over 40 minutes to get back from central Ubud due to traffic and one-way roads, and no walkable surroundings. Staff were initially friendly, but at checkout we were wrongly accused of taking a face towel, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world this is the first time I’ve ever seen this occur. We were also disturbed at night despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on—staff knocked and then called the room, waking our baby, just to ask if we were enjoying our stay. Noise was a major issue. The restaurant was loud, the walls are very thin, and the door doesn’t seal to the floor, allowing both noise and bugs into the room. There were also bugs inside. Transport was frustrating as drivers struggled to find the hidden entrance. The gym lacked basic amenity with no water available. Breakfast was average, and being charged $10 AUD extra for iced coffee despite “included coffee” was disappointing. Overall, not a relaxing or comfortable stay.
