The staff was great. Excellent receptionist and very helpful staff in the restaurant.

Room on 9th floor had ants. The room was too warm, when we came in. The AC is switched off when one leaves the room and the glass facade makes it like a greenhouse. There were no hooks for used towels in the bathroom. The light switches are on the wrong side of the room and master switch does not switch off all lights.
