Overall good, the room was comfortable, the meal, especially for the breakfast was good, the swimming pool also, honored mention for kak novi for best hospitality

Good hotel with kind staff. Facilities was okay, aesthetic interior, good ambiance. The food was disappointed, breakfast menu not good at all. But ala carte menu better. A good choice to stay near YIA airport with great staff and calm ambience.

Clean and modern. Good rooms. Beautiful view from the rooms. Good air conditioner. Good restaurant. Very helpful staff. five minutes from the airport.

Don’t come here for the swimming pool if you are a serious swimmer. It’s a good depth 1.2 m but it’s difficult to do laps because of thei shape. Most hotel pools have this problem.The architects who designed them are clearly not swimmers. Also, it’s in the shade Which means you can’t get a tan if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a good pool for kids, however, which is the most important thing.

Nice hotel with excellent service, you can do everything like go to the gym, do massage, or even pool especially with the staff is very friendly ( Novita ) Also coffeeshop just next the hotel.

You can get the beautiful view of menoreh hills across the room. The view was amazing. Hotel offer large room, comfy bed & pillow. The best is, they could arrange my special request despite the last minute booking i made. But they make the best out of it. Thank you Novotel YIA

The breakfast was below standard . The food was not fresh and the presentation was not good
