Personeel was super vriendelijk. Ze hielpen ons waar nodig en een mooie kamer. Ook de locatie van het hotel was goed. Het is centraal gelegen waardoor je makkelijk bij alle bezienswaardigheden terecht komt.

Er waren geen gordijnen op de badkamer en onze kamer was naar de straatkant gericht waardoor de badkamer gebruiken toch een kleine uitdaging was. Het voordeel was dan wel dat er veel natuurlijk licht aanwezig was in de kamer.

Great stay, really lovely design. Clean. Great food at the restaurant when it was open. Very friendly staff. Excellent location in alfama, surrounded by cafes spilling out onto cobblestone streets 😍

Restaurant hours unreliable, often unexpectedly closed when hours said was open.

Het late inchecken… 15.00u! Vroeger uitschenken (bv10.00u) zou beter zijn en dan kan er ook vroeger inchecken… als je van ver komt is het leuk je al even op je kamer te kunnen verfrissen.
