Da sujidade nas 2 varandas. Da mesa de exterior não estar em condições de utilização e do chapéu de sol estragado e ferrugento, situação imediatamente comunicada e que substituiram quando estávamos a fazer o check out (após 10 dias de estadia). Porque não acederam ao nosso pedido de substituição durante a estadia. Gavetas da cozinha em mau estado. Vassoura sem cabo (!!!) e porta de entrada com diversas folgas da parede, de forma que a visita de osgas à noite era uma constante. 2 rolos de papel higiénico para 10 dias e nem uma garrafa de água de boas vindas.

Dirty dark and dismal Homing provide no maid service they provided 1 towel each for the week no sheet change and when I asked about toilet rolls I was told they supply 1 roll at start and that’s it

Had to pay 30 Euros extra to arrive at 8.30pm. Place in a shocking state plaster peeling, bath had rust chips. Most of bathroom tatty. Threadbare towels. Nothing cleaned or towels changed in 6 days. Balcony so filthy on arrival they had to bring in cleaners to clean it the next day.

The apartment was dirty when we entered it , had to leave it on night of arrival and find alternative accommodation, at an extra expense . . It was booked through booking.com but was a private agent that ran the apartment. Separate from balaia but didn't realise when booking it . It was a disgrace . Dirty ,unsafe and neglected looking . Eventually got money back from agent but they were difficult . Very disappointed with booking.com that could stand over such a facility. So will be very very cautious in the future booking a short break with booking.com if I will ever use their app again .
SKthe whole komplex was so beautiful and the apartment was really spacy.
We have always enjoyed walking through the balaia golf village...we find this area very peaceful and well kept. We decide to book a villa for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay...so much so that we extended our stay for an extra month
