Great location Extremely friendly staff Everything was very clean Comfortable bed Yoga lesson was a nice bonus

Guests and staff were constantly slamming doors at all hours (day and night), which was quite annoying In my opinion, the food in the restaurant was not very good Poor Wi-Fi – it was barely working in the room

The staff are lovely and so helpful.. we arrived very late and was glad they waited for us to arrive. Breakfast was good paid extra if you wanted something different. DeWalt was so helpful and a very pleasent man. The only thing I would say is Pre book your taxi DO NOT USE AIRPORT TAXIS. THEY OVERCHARGED US AND HSD TO GO TO OFFICE TO PSY BY CARD. THEY CHARGED US 1, 400.00 Around £64 when it should have only been less than half so be warned. We had a lovely stay here. We had a driver for a day that took us hot springs rice fields and Bali swing. He transferred us from Ubud to Kuta stopping off at monkey world. Which was great. Seeing I kept having to stop on 1st day to be sick he was really kind. The pool was great.

Properly the location you couldn't really walk anywhere.

The location is amazing , the staff and the manager are really kind , professional and made the whole experience beautiful. Loved the yoga place as well !

Just that you can hear the voices of other guests very loudly across the walls.

Havuzu tertemiz, odalar her gün temizlendi havlular yenilendi. Laundry servisi vardı. Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Çalışan personeller çok yardımsever ve ilgili. En güzeli de motorsiklet kiralama hizmeti olması.

Odalar arası ses yalıtımı zayıf. Klima motor sesi fazla
