Holiday Inn Lampung Bukit Randu by IHG

Excellent in every way, particularly when compared to the varous humbler places in which I'd been staying over the previous fortnight. Everything was very well done and superb value for money. A very impressive buffet breakfast, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and highly competent, professional, and good natured staff.

This is by no means a criticism of the hotel itself, but its situation on the top of a steep hill does make it somewhat difficult to access. While you get a very fine view of the city, this is not a place in and out of which you can pop unless every time you do so, you fancy a pretty stiff climb. Obviously, the alternative is to engage a motorbike every time you want to go back up to the hotel from the city.

The room smell very good when we arrive,the amenities is so luxorious,very clean rooms.good location.very delicous breakfast ,so many variety..

Unfortunately with all those luxurious room,the wall only made from gypsum and we can hear sound from another room.i can not sleep as i got awaken by next room children who shout up in the middle of the night arround 1.00 am.i call the front desk and they respons very good.but still can not sleep very well as the room was not sound proof...i dont think not suitable for people seek for night quite sleep..🙏

The view is beautiful as this hotel sits atop a mountain. The windows in the dining area allow you to see across the whole city. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always greeted me by name and were ready to serve.

The View, the cleaners and the staff are all helpful and their response is very fast and polite too
