Mattress was so bad

Pool was amazing, area was superb! A tip, go through the ICON mall to the beach, so easy and air conditioned! Rooms were okay, ask for upstairs as downstairs opens on to closed corridor. Self help kitchen was perfect, used the blender every morning for a smoothie. Great to have a jug and coffee in the room as well. Air con worked well 😀

There was a sewer gas smell in the bathroom, which had an open vent out to the corridor, worst when returning from a day out but was okay with the fan on. Bearable, just. Room 3

The location is outstanding, in front of Eco Bali mall and you can access the beach directly from the mall. So it's like 5mins walk to the Sanur Beach.

I booked a family room, it was next to reception with no window, no sunlight and practically no ventilation. The AC worked very badly, even at 16°C it took an hour to cool the room and the room felt like 25-26°. The washroom WAS THE WORST PART OF THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. They have decorated it prettily BUT it smelled like sewer the whole time. I had to ask for room cleaning in my 3 days booking and they sprayed room freshener in the washroom. But as soon as you open the toilet lid, the sewer smell comes out. The bunk bed was highly uncomfortable and screeched with every movement. The rooms on the first floor were better, I asked for room change but they were full. They should close the family room next to the reception instead of getting 1 star reviews for one bad room out of all the rooms.
