Great location, walk thru the mall to the beach. It's a small room but expected for the price.

No kettle etc in room. There is what looks like a communal kitchen at the plunge pool, but not able to use (no kettle there either)

Great location. 5 minutes from the Night Market, Icon mall or beach. Staff were really helpful letting us leave our bags with them all day so we could explore before we fly out that night.

Surprisingly quiet despite its location on a busy road, staff were lovely, great open communal kitchen & BBQ to cook your own meals, lots of seating area, clean swimming pool, across the road from ICON BALI huge shopping mall, 20 mins via Gojek App or Grab App to Santai Matahari Terbit Sanur Ferry Dock to access Penida Island & Lombok.

The WiFi was absolutely atrocious & did not work 90% of the time, as for the bathroom/toilet in Hotel Room No. 7 which I can safely say is in every room, where I must remain truthfully critical & highly abrupt due to the extremely poor ventilation that causes the bathrooms to heat up in minutes daily that also creates an awful sewage smell 24 hours a day, the air con is average, the entry door had multiple open gaps from top to bottom which should be sealed immediately to avoid heat coming through, deplorable ventilation is the biggest perplexity throughout all the Hotel bathrooms including the high levels of mould growing on top of bathroom basins & shower drainages that should be repaired immediately.

Pros: location was excellent. Short walk to multiple fantastic restaurants, banks, night markets, mini markets, etc. Staff were friendly. AC units worked. Rooftop pool. Price/night. But... You get what you pay for. Cons: place is in dire need of a deep clean and update. We saw rats multiple times, including in shared kitchen. Pool didn't seem chlorinated. Rooms were dark, mildewy and smelled bad. Years of stains on the walls. Beds were uncomfortable with pokey springs you could individually feel. But it was the bathrooms that were particularly bad. Like gross dirty. Tiles didn't look like they have been cleaned in years. Toilet rocked when we sat on it and sewer smell came out. Someone opened our door one day thinking we had gone out and then ran away when they realized we were still there. Overall this one is skip. We would not stay again.

Strong wifi, great location and it has a pool. It was cheap!

The shower had scorching hot water so you couldn't stand under it. A rat ran down the hall.

Great location, easy walk across the road to Icon mall then through to the beach. Nice pool. Shared kitchen area available to make a hot drink anytime with a shared fridge. Water cooler for refilling water bottle..cutting down plastic waste👍

Personally I can't tolerate cigarette smoke ( sinus and headaches) there seemed to be people constantly smoking downstairs and you have to walk through it to go upstairs. The smoke filters through into the room.
