Chalet La Ciaseta

Abbiamo soggiornato per una fuga di un weekend. La camera è un sogno, pulitissima, arredata con amore e curata in tutti i dettagli. La sauna in camera é stata una coccola non scontata. Il letto king-size era comodissimo come anche i cuscini. Luciana è stata una host attenta, ci ha accolti come se fossimo di casa, ci ha consigliato i ristoranti e le passeggiate. La colazione era squisita con prodotti tipici e freschi sia dolci che salati. Sicuramente torneremo Grazie mille di tutto Carlo e Alexandra

I am rating as one star only because there is no negative rating. I AM tired of repeating what happened - Except for the host’s lack of credit, which caused physical damage to myself by exposing me to freezing weather for one hour unexpectedly; their insult about my “booking only the cheapest apartment but expect A SERVICE“ (and btw, 1262.5 euros for a week in such a small town where a pizza is for only 7 euros - is it cheap? ); their treating me as a BEGGAR by sending an envelope with coins saying this is the compensation I asked for; they are disappointing me further by their ignorance and discrimination due to my race, by their fake description and terrible facilities. Let me tell you what I experienced: 1. Remote location and Fake description: I came for skiing, and did confirm with them whether this is connected to Dolomites superski area (when we talk about “connected” in the context of skiing, it naturally means connection by slopes and lifts), they said YES - which is the primary reason why I booked it even at an extremely unreasonable price - but actually it is only close to ONE lift - ONE AND ONLY - which is NOT connected to any other areas at all! To get to other ski slopes, we have to take ski bus that NO ONE knows whether it’s coming or when it’s coming. Every morning I get out of door at 8am, but only manage to start ski at 10, and even missed a morning session with ski instructor due to delay of bus! 2. The facilities are nightmare - hair dyer is so loud and stops functioning after only 2 seconds, with disgusting dust and hair on the back; clothes hangers are stale and dirty (I actually don’t know how they managed to get so many old plastic hangers that don’t share the same shape at all, which means difficulty in keeping regular even distance between clothes ); the shower room is so narrow that even a petit girl can not wash hair without her elbow hitting the wall…. Seriously, I don’t deserve this for paying 180+ euros PER DAY.

We had the pleasure of staying at Luciana's place, and we must say, she was the perfect host. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with open arms and a delightful spread of local snacks. As she explained everything about our stay, it was clear that she pays meticulous attention to detail. If you're looking for a host who goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience, look no further than Luciana. Our stay with her was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. Best for lift access and short walk to village grocery stores. Lovely hosts. Good kitchen and prepping our own meals using local ingredients a highlight.
