Great room, lots of space.

Description online talked about the great breakfast that the staff offered but there wasn't one. Again, it was the reviews that stated it not necessarily the description of the venue.

We lost a bag in transit and the help we recieved from the manager in retrieving it was exceptional. The room was a fabulous haven, clean, welcoming. Totally positive

Breakfast was ok but maybe could have been fresher, also maybe a selection of cereals with milk available.

"Average stay with an absolute hike to get up and down to room."

Good air conditioning.

Way too difficult to access. The amount of stairs needed to get to this place is ridiculous especially with a lot of luggage like we had. There is no staff to meet you at the top of the stairs and help up get the luggage up or down. Our room was right at the bottom making it EXTREMELY difficult to access. If I knew there were that many stairs I would not have booked. The room was also very small and squashed.
