Really appreciated the hotel owners, very nice and dedicated people. Listen to Enzo's advice and your stay in Positano will be much smoother. The breakfast was really amazing, more varied and generous than what we've seen elsewhere. The site of the hotel is very charming, it's next to a crevice in the rock filled with trees... It's almost like being in the countryside... but in the city. There's a sea view from the dining room. It's very quiet at night, you get to watch the stars... It's nice to have a little patio... It's a quiet and peaceful place. We liked to discover the little passages leading to the hotel, with many cute cats roaming. The beach is near, if you go down a few stairways... 400 steps, but there's a way to avoid climbing them all on your way back, ask Enzo.

It's not the hotel's fault but Positano is not an easy city to navigate. Of course, lots of steps if you don't know which road to take. Make sure you get directions from the hotel's owners before trying to reach the hotel by yourself, it can be hard to find on your own. Hiring luggage porters at the port is a good idea too, very efficient. We might not have gotten the best room in this hotel, ours was a little tired and needed an update... but we peeked in other rooms and they seemed more attractive. We enjoyed the originality of the site, and the other positive points, so we still enjoyed our experience.

Positano is not big so all the hotels are not that far from the center. The only problem is the many stairs on the way both in Positano itself and getting to the hotel and the room itself were difficult. But there is a luggage service in Positano that costs 15 euros per suitcase.

The level of cleanliness in the room was low. This is the thing that bothered us the most

Has the double room but a/c really only cooled one room and our room was actually separated by a sheet! A lot of ants crawling in the beds and rest of the room
