SUPER NOISY

The sound proof is lacking. The crew is super noisy. If you want to stay here, bring your earplugs otherwise almost impossible to sleep, especially in the morning. I am typing this review at 1am and I can clearly hear people's step and baby's crying as if they are in my room, next to me! Extremely annoying. Thankfully I have earplugs. The bed is very comfy but toilet is super small. SUPERRRRRR NOISY SUPERRRR NOT KIDDING. EVEN HOSTELS ARE MORE QUIET

Very nice personell, helpful, ok English, surprisingly good bed for a cheap hotel, clean, can get cold water in reception, but it doesn't stay cold for long.

No small fridge for cold drinks, no kettle for warm water for my coffee, the shower is without curtains, so all is wet when showering.

Hot watter, not so far by main railway station and nearby shopping centre

The room and toilet was clean.

The rooms given was above the rooftop. So it was raining heavily and we didnt likr the idea of climbing the steep stairs at the rooftop to go to our rooms.. There is no lift so we had to climb 4 very steep stairs.

The hotel and booking.com scam me and my friend's room booking. We arrived there and the reception told us there is no booking under our name and we have no place to stay!!!!! The status at booking.com is confirmed but the hotel gave other people who walked in

The property cancel my booking without telling us. They said my booking was not captured in their system because payment not received! The fact is when you want to book, the only option have is PAY AT HOTEL! crazy meh. They cancel my booked to give to walkin customer who pay on the spot!

Stupid. They cancel my booking. i only notice when i want to check in. Because of that i need to find another hotel to stay. Luckily i manage to find another hotel. irresponsible hotel! PLEASE DONT BOOKED THIS HOTEL IF YOU DONT WANT FACE THE RISK I FACED.
