The hotel was nice and clean, comfortable bed, quiet lovely pool area. The main highlight of our stay was the exceptional team that work at the hotel. They were so attentive to us during our stay. We were ill for one of the days and couldn’t leave the room, one of the lovely ladies working at the hotel took a trip to the pharmacy for us out of the goodness of her own heart, the staff made us food that wasn’t on the menu as we could only eat plain and checked in on us throughout the day. The whole time we were so pleased with how accommodating each staff member was to our needs and requests. Thank you so much!

Amazing stay! Staff were so friendly. The pillows and the beds were so comfortable and clean. Room was nice and cold. Pool was fantastic. There is a manure smell sometimes and coffee is not espresso. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The hotel room is really nice. The views from hotel is also excellent. The staff in grand yuna is also very nice they are supportive as well. We enjoyed the swimming pool it is really a nice view from the swimming pool from here. We enjoyed beautiful evenings here.

The room we had was right over the pool and has a little grass plot to little sun bath. Unfortunately the weather didn’t support our plan for that day 😆 they also helped us to get umbrellas and when we had questions, the staff were so polite, nice and very helpful 😊

We were only 1 night so we couldn’t say so much. There was nothing bad during our stay

Great hotel with clean rooms, comfortable bed, a nice pool with a beautiful view. The breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help with any requests. Additionally, having a laundry service and scooter rental nearby was very convenient.
